Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms govern purchases, trade-ins, servicing and other services provided by Time Fusion FZ-LLC. By placing an order or requesting services you agree to these Terms.

2. Products & availability

• All items are authentic and undergo inspection prior to delivery. Condition grades are disclosed transparently.
• Pricing is quoted in AED unless stated otherwise and may change without notice until an order is confirmed in writing.
• Photographs are for reference; actual packaging or strap options may vary.

3. Orders & payment

1. Orders are confirmed once a signed invoice and payment or deposit are received.
2. We accept bank transfers, card payments, approved crypto settlement and cash within UAE limits.
3. Payments must clear before shipment or handover. Late balances may incur storage fees.

4. Shipping

Shipping methods are selected in consultation with the client. Risk transfers upon delivery or, for boutique collection, upon signature in our lounge. Clients are responsible for import duties unless stated otherwise.

5. Returns & cancellations

• In-stock pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn and complete. Refunds are processed within seven business days.
• Custom orders, sourcing fees and service work are non-refundable once authorised.
• Trade-in values are conditional on inspection; undisclosed damage may void the agreement or adjust the valuation.

6. Servicing & warranty

Service work is covered by Time Fusion warranty terms supplied with the service confirmation. Any unauthorised intervention voids warranty obligations.

7. Liability

Time Fusion is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question.

8. Compliance

Clients must provide accurate information for KYC/AML checks. We reserve the right to decline transactions that do not satisfy regulatory requirements.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai unless agreed otherwise in writing.
