Can I trade more than one watch?
Yes. Bundle multiple pieces into a single transaction and we will offset them against your desired watch.
What if my target watch is not in stock?
We source through our global network, reserve the watch with a refundable deposit and complete the trade once it arrives.
Do you accept part cash, part trade?
Absolutely. We calculate the valuation delta and you settle the balance by wire, card or crypto at delivery.
How long does the process take?
Most trade-ins close within 48 hours once both pieces pass inspection. Rare references may require additional sourcing time.
Trade-In Terms
- Valuations remain valid for five business days unless market conditions change materially.
- Any outstanding service costs or damage identified during inspection will be deducted from the final settlement.
- Upgrade credits can be held on account for 30 days if you need extra time to choose your next watch.
